If I have to travel to a specialist for a medical or dental appointment am I entitled to meals?

Yes, you are entitled to claim meals for yourself and a companion to travel with you to your appointment.  

If I have a disabled child that resides with me and has an income am I entitled to the disability credit?

You may be entitled, but first you must have a T2201 form completed by your Doctor and then approved by the CRA.

If I am on a pension income can I claim my medical expenses?

Yes , you may claim your medical expenses. They are however a non refundable credit that can be used to reduce your tax owing if you or your spouse have other taxable income.
